On December 10, 2024 we released a new help center. We recommend you use this version as the legacy version will no longer updated and we will not review bug reports for it. Here are some reasons why the new help center is better than the old one: - It is more user friendly - Has a more easily readable font - It has a better and more flush design - Better optimized for mobile devices On February 14, 2025, the legacy/old help center will be fully deprecated. Here are some things that will/not happen when it is deprecated: - Articles that haven't been migrated will continue to not be migrated. After the deprecation, you will no longer be able to view those articles - support.legacy.techbyaero.com will instead redirect to the new help center, support.techbyaero.com - The old help center will no longer be accessible.  We will be performing maintenance on the contact form and bug reporter. This maintenance is estimated to be completed by tomorrow.

Due to maintenance and issues, the file submitter form will be unavailable for up to the rest of the year. There will also be planned maintenance on the about site on December 9, 2024 which will make it unavailable for around 2-4 hours.

UPDATE:  Migration and designs have been finished! The site will be published tomorrow (December 10, 2024) with all the recent changes! Soon we will be releasing a new help center with better stability and a cleaner look November 20, 2024: Created new site and designing site November 22, 2024: Finished designing site and creating redirects November 26, 2024: Migrating site November 27, 2024: Fixed some designing issues November 30, 2024: Created pages, migrating articles' December 5, 2024: Bug fixes December 9, 2024: Completed. The migration is planned to be completed in-between December 5-8, 2024. The beta site can be accessed here . After the migration is completed, the legacy help site can be accessed here at support.legacy.techbyaero.com.
