We have recently noticed that the about site no longer has a use, so we will  be retiring it and as of now, its pages will be moved elsewhere.

I have recently realized that some of our sites are broken, inconsistent, and some things don't work. We have recently decided we are going to start to refine our websites, and make them usable again on April 6, 2025.   Also, I've realized that we've started maintenance on the file submitter plenty of times and haven't done anything to it, so we have faded that out. Updates will be posted here.

 We will be performing maintenance on the contact form soon.  We will combine the contact form and bug reporter into one form. UPDATE: Maintenance has been finished. 

 We will be performing maintenance on the post idea submitter soon. This maintenance may take up to an hour. We will be closing the form now and will start the maintenance in a few hours.

 The email system is currently experiencing issues at the moment. We are investigating and working on fixing this issue. Visit this webpage periodically for updates:  https://status.techbyaero.com/history/contact-services UPDATE: We believe this issue has been resolved.

On December 10, 2024 we released a new help center. We recommend you use this version as the legacy version will no longer updated and we will not review bug reports for it. Here are some reasons why the new help center is better than the old one: - It is more user friendly - Has a more easily readable font - It has a better and more flush design - Better optimized for mobile devices On February 14, 2025, the legacy/old help center will be fully deprecated. Here are some things that will/not happen when it is deprecated: - Articles that haven't been migrated will continue to not be migrated. After the deprecation, you will no longer be able to view those articles - support.legacy.techbyaero.com will instead redirect to the new help center, support.techbyaero.com - The old help center will no longer be accessible.
