AeroTech Updates

Over the past few months, we've done some silent updates to the help center. Now's the time to let you know of these changes, some new ones that are coming, and some ones that we're thinking of. Also, the new help center will turn 1 years old on November 15th. Crazy to think about ngl. New Changes   New categories page We've   updated the categories page to be better optimized for mobile and to make it easier to navigate. We've also changed "Categories" to "Featured Categories" on the homepage. Homepage       Categories Articles forgotten from the old help center are back! Articles that we're not migrated from the old help center to the new one are now on the new help center as archived articles. Please note that these articles may be about a deprecated service, and they might have some minor errors, which will not be fixed as archived articles are not updated. The Discord Server will be shutting down on July 1, 2025 because we don't have a use for it anymore, lack of use, and lack of activity.  If activity increases before this date, the server will stay open, otherwise, it will be closed.

We have recently noticed that the about site no longer has a use, so we will  be retiring it and as of now, its pages will be moved elsewhere.

 We will be performing maintenance on the contact form soon.  We will combine the contact form and bug reporter into one form. UPDATE: Maintenance has been finished.

On December 10, 2024 we released a new help center. We recommend you use this version as the legacy version will no longer updated and we will not review bug reports for it. Here are some reasons why the new help center is better than the old one: - It is more user friendly - Has a more easily readable font - It has a better and more flush design - Better optimized for mobile devices On February 14, 2025, the legacy/old help center will be fully deprecated. Here are some things that will/not happen when it is deprecated: - Articles that haven't been migrated will continue to not be migrated. After the deprecation, you will no longer be able to view those articles - support.legacy.techbyaero.com will instead redirect to the new help center, support.techbyaero.com - The old help center will no longer be accessible. UPDATE:  Migration and designs have been finished! The site will be published tomorrow (December 10, 2024) with all the recent changes! Soon we will be releasing a new help center with better stability and a cleaner look November 20, 2024: Created new site and designing site November 22, 2024: Finished designing site and creating redirects November 26, 2024: Migrating site November 27, 2024: Fixed some designing issues November 30, 2024: Created pages, migrating articles' December 5, 2024: Bug fixes December 9, 2024: Completed. The migration is planned to be completed in-between December 5-8, 2024. The beta site can be accessed here . After the migration is completed, the legacy help site can be accessed here at support.legacy.techbyaero.com.
