Updates to the Help Center

Over the past few months, we've done some silent updates to the help center. Now's the time to let you know of these changes, some new ones that are coming, and some ones that we're thinking of.

Also, the new help center will turn 1 years old on November 15th. Crazy to think about ngl.

New Changes

New categories page

We've updated the categories page to be better optimized for mobile and to make it easier to navigate. We've also changed "Categories" to "Featured Categories" on the homepage.

Articles forgotten from the old help center are back!

Articles that we're not migrated from the old help center to the new one are now on the new help center as archived articles. Please note that these articles may be about a deprecated service, and they might have some minor errors, which will not be fixed as archived articles are not updated.

Navigate to the relevant service on the categories page to find them!

Also, in case you want to read it, here is the announcement of putting the old help center in retirement

Policies have moved

We did this a while ago but we forgot to announce it. Policies have moved from the about site, to being regular articles, and now they have a dedicated home on the help center.

Also a little while after we made policies have a dedicated home, we brought back policies that were originally forgotten when we deprecated the old help center

New "Contact us" page screen

We also did this a while ago and forgot to announce it. The contact us screen has been redesigned to make it easier to find how you're going to contact us.

Check it out!

Upcoming changes

Publish and recently updated date

Over the next few weeks, we'll work in adding a publish date and recently updated date on all articles. We expect to finish by November 15

Updates we're thinking of

Please note that this doesn't mean the updates will actually happen

Rate article links on the bottom of articles

We're planning on adding links to rate an article on the bottom of them and get your feedback to help improve them. We currently don't know how we're going to do this but we'll try to think of something
